2026 Contract Renewal
I agree with the following:
To properly conduct myself in a safe manner not only for my safety, but for those around me.
To conduct myself in a way that extends courtesy and respect to others and to treat others the way I wish to be treated.
To behave in a positive and professional manner and to take responsibility for my actions and words at all times.
To respect the leaders and to follow their guidance and advice at all times.
To fulfill my duties and responsibilities as a member of Spectrum in a high quality manner that everyone can be proud of.
To take care of my health and think of the others around me.
To respect my parents and family at all times.
To actively participate and show great attendance as a member of Spectrum.
To properly attend practices on-time and in a good manner.
To respect the creations of others and the effort taken to create such art.
To be an excellent student when learning a new task.
To properly take care of my uniform as it is a symbol of the team and all that it stands for.
To properly take care of my costumes at all times and make sure my performance items are treated with extreme care at all times.
To positively be open to traveling and all the time and effort that comes with it.
To take rehearsals seriously and put in an effort to work as hard as those around me.
To commit fully to the projects I choose to place myself in.
To push myself each time in order to become a better performer and member.
To perform well and give it my all.
To respect the guidelines and rules given by the institution or competition I will be performing at.
To show the highest respect to my leader, my team, and others while I am out during team activities.
To communicate any difficulties, questions, or conflicts directly to my leader with a positive, professional, and constructive attitude with an open form of communication.
To remember that any and all forms of grievances, advice, or constructive criticism need to be listened to in a rational and objective manner.
To properly present myself both in person and online at all times.
To take responsibility for what I post online at all times.
To respect the use of my face, name, title, etc. on all forms of Spectrum’s social media account.
To acknowledge and understand Spectrum’s reward system whenever I show excellent performance and behavior.
To acknowledge and understand Spectrum’s consequences and punishments for anytime a rule is broken or a contract is breached.
To take a proper and respectful departure if and when the time comes.
To uphold all of the values, morals, and lessons that Spectrum has taught me and will teach me in the future and to continue to grow, learn, develop, contribute, and actively participate in a positive and professional manner that enhances Spectrum’s image and place in the community.
To create fun and fond memories and to have fun as long as I am a member of Spectrum!
